Where the money actually goes
- Load and unload time — manual clamping on a high-volume part is a permanent tax on every cycle.
- Cutting parameters you cannot use — chatter from weak workholding caps the feed and speed you paid for.
- Scrap and rework — an inconsistent datum produces a distribution, not a tolerance.
- Unattended capacity — a fixture that cannot run lights-out limits the machine to one shift of output.
How we answer it
We quantify the four levers above against your drawing, batch size and machine, and return a fixture and tooling concept with the saving expressed per part — before any purchase order.
Where the numbers do not justify the investment, we say so. A fixture that cannot pay for itself within your batch size is not a fixture we will quote.

Fixture manufacturing, hydraulic and pneumatic circuit assembly, and tooling selection matched to the material.
Prove-out

Liuzhou Dongben Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (柳州市东本机械设备有限公司) is an authorized distributor of Mazak machine tools and a supplier of Seco and Xiamen Golden Egret cutting tools, headquartered in Liuzhou, Guangxi, China — one of southern China's densest automotive and machinery manufacturing clusters.
Alongside machine and tool supply, the company designs and builds custom CNC workholding and fixtures, and works with plant engineering teams on machining cost optimisation: cycle-time reduction, tool-life extension, and scrap and rework control.
Customers include automotive tier-one and tier-two suppliers, die-and-mould shops, and general contract machining companies. English-language enquiries are handled directly by the export team.
